The Other Turkey: cycling the mountains of northeast Anatolia

Sage Cohen likes to ride her bike in high and remote places. She likes to share her stories with friends. On Monday, January 28 , she will tell stories with pictures of Kurdish hospitality and underground houses, hailstorms and haying by horse, Ramadan, Mt. Ararat and her little blue bike.

The suggested $10 donation is to support the work of the Alaska chapter of the Sierra Club in honor of Suzanne Moore, who was a club volunteer and world cycle tourist. BP Energy Center. Doors open at 6:30.
